KEEP SAFE IN BALOCHISTAN AND CAPE PROVINCE IN PAKISTAN

Recently, the overall security situation in Pakistan remains grim. Security incidents have occurred from time to time in Balochistan and Cape provinces in Pakistan.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Pakistan reminded Chinese citizens not to go to Balochistan and Cape provinces in Pakistan for the time being. People and the institutions in the above areas have been evacuated or transferred to relatively safe areas as soon as possible. When going to other parts of Pakistan carefully, local personnel and institutions must be vigilant, pay close attention to the safety information released by the local government and the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Pakistan, strengthen safety precautions and emergency preparedness, and take strict security measures when going out. In case of emergency, please call the police in time and contact the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Pakistan.

In view of the special circumstances in the above regions, if any Chinese insists on going to or staying in the relevant regions,  may cause higher security risks and affect the effectiveness of assistance.
